What the China visa fees cover
The embassy fee is charged by the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre and isn’t refundable. Our fee covers checking your eligibility, completing the form, checking every document and booking your appointment.
Other nationalities
Embassy fees can differ for other nationalities. We’ll confirm your exact China visa fees before you pay.
What’s included in our service
Our service fee covers checking which visa you need, completing the official online form, checking your photo, passport and supporting documents against the rules, and booking your appointment at the visa centre in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. If something needs fixing, we tell you before your appointment.
Paying and refunds
We confirm the full amount before you pay anything. The visa centre’s charge is paid at the time of submission and can’t be refunded by the centre, even if the visa is refused. Our cancellation terms for our own fee are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
Express or standard?
Choose standard service if you travel in more than three weeks. Choose express if your trip is sooner, or if you need your passport back quickly for other travel. Tell us your travel date and we’ll recommend the right option.
